Samantha Noorduijn aka Samantha Scott joined Merit Recruitment in August 2006 as a graduate trainee and today makes Merit history as the first Group CEO to be appointed responsible for the Operational success of Merit Group.
Ten years ago, Samantha joined, Merit Recruitment (the Recruitment business of the Group) in the capacity of researcher and graduate trainee assigned to one of Merit Recruitment’s key clients, The Linde Group. There she rapidly made her mark as a recruiter who delivered on outcomes, showed a passion for results along with robust compliance. Samantha then become involved in leading another European project which entailed assigning and managing Engineering resources from Basingstoke to Germany. From there Samantha then became key in developing a Best in Practise account management model which today is Merit’s blueprint. Over the past 12 months Samantha along with Maria Nunes the Chief entrepreneur and Founder have been actively involved in the transformation and growth of the Merit Group companies.
